CIM Administration Takes Another Massive Raise

CIM’s latest public Form 990 is out, and Paul Hogle has taken another massive raise, this time of over $180,000, all while guiding the school into a massive deficit and continuing to lay off faculty and staff and deny raises. Here’s the latest:

For the fiscal year ending in 2023:

Paul Hogle: $620,580 plus $93,835 in addition compensation for a total of $714,415, a raise of $180,234 from the previous year.

Scott Harrison: $251,257 plus $33,402 in addition compensation for a total of $284,659, a raise of $192,396 from the previous year.

Other salaries for the fiscal year ending in 2023:

Brian Foss: $151,238

Dean Southern: $192,449

Carlos Kalmar: $141,021

And as we speak, the administration is discussing who to lay off, raising tuition to $50,000 after promising to be tuition-free by 2030, denying even cost-of-living raises for another year in a row, leading the school into a nine-figure lawsuit, and spending over $25 million on a widely panned renovation to Kulas Hall.
